I was Linking my SBI International Rupay debit card To Paypal and getting declined i even spoke with paypal support on twitter and they said clear all brower/app cookies and caches and re link the card but i got no success by doing it.From Bank side i confirmed and opened all the domestic,international,ecommerce usage for the card .However i was able to link my 2nd Visa card of the same bank account of Rupay Card without any problem but i dont know whats happening with the Rupay one and i am not able to link it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
