Cant add the same card

Cant add the card that i have been using before. I literally deleted the card and wanted to add the same one again tomorrow and it keeps getting declined. Customer services is no support, i contacted them 4 times and they keep saying try in 24 hours. Card is ok from bank side, its working.

Im stuck and i dont know what to do. I mainly wanted to delete card from the account because i wanted to create a new one. But since i couldnt, i deleted new account and went back to the old one. It just keeps getting declined.

Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?
