Hi I’m trying to connect my bank account to my PayPal but they tell me that there is a problem and they can’t process my request What I have to do?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble adding a bank account. That's really frustrating. You might be able to find some potential reasons for why a bank isn't able to be connected here. If none of these match your situation, we would recommend that you reach out to Customer Support.
