Argentinian company credit card issues

I have an argentinian company and I want to associate an argentinian bank account to my paypal business. I also want to associate an argentinian credit card, but when I try it PayPal returns me an error. How can I solve it?

We are sorry to hear that you are facing issue in linking card and your bank account to your PayPal account. The name on the bank account must match the name on the PayPal account to link bank account to your PayPal account and the billing address you've entered when linking a card to your PayPal account is different that system will not allow to add or link bank account or card as a security measures. Also, some banks are not compatible with PayPal system such as online or Virtual bank accounts and cards. Kindly refer the help centre article and another help centre article to know more about the issues while linking your bank account or a card.
