i'm new to PayPal , i have opened PayPal account from Egypt and i linked my US Bank account but i did not link a Visa card yet,

my question Can I withdraw money transfers to my American bank account, or does it require linking a Visa card first?

You must link either one in order to meet the PayPal Receive Funds and Automatic Transfer Agreement requirements and withdrawal.
