i have created account and when i add my card they took 1$ for making sure that is my card but they didn't give it back and i have ask for another code and they tool another 1$

Did you read the link? The bit where it tells you how long it takes?

they said we will immediately refund the card to 30 days

Paypal immediately refunds but it may take up to 30 days for your card issuer to process the refund.

if i remove my card they will still refund ?
