every time I try and add one it gives me a error its ben going on for months and I have tried different way with no success and every time I contact them they don't do any thing other than basic trouble shooting and then put in a tick with dose nothing and I never hear back
Have you ever had a failed bank transfer or a negative balance?
Only whilst they don't tell you when that has happened to lots of folk they seem to no longer have the option to use their bank account and paypal forces them to add and use a card which would negate that happening again.
