Sorry to hear that you're not able to transfer crypto. PayPal supports the native transfer of crypto currencies between PayPal and other wallets and exchanges. Steps to transfer Crypto from PayPal can be found here. Crypto currency transfer feature may be disabled on your account due to a variety of factors. Users with a negative balance, pending crypto purchases(purchased via a bank transfer may take multiple days to clear) will not be able to transfer crypto. Crypto purchased with a debit card will be instantly available to transfer. Please review our Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Use Policy by clicking Legal at the bottom of any PayPal page.
