Why are none of my cards being confirmed?

Both Visa and Mastercard are showing error. My bank says there is no issue from their end.

In order for a card to be successfully confirmed the details registered for the card on your PayPal account must match exactly what is registered on your card account. I would check to ensure that your name and address matches exactly the same, in some cases they need to be word for word. Also, you will need a small balance on your card for the verification process so ensure there is a small balance on there. Finally I would make sure the currency your card is set in on your PayPal account is the same as what is registered with your card issuer.
