I understand you would like some help updating the card that is linked to your PayPal account. In some cases, your expiry date might auto-update or you may have the option to amend the expiry date. Otherwise, for steps on how to add a card to your account, see: How do I link a debit or credit card to my account? (paypal.com). Once you link your new card, you may also need to confirm your card.
Finally, if you add a new card to your account, you may want to remove your old one, for steps on how to do this, see: How do I remove a credit card or debit card from my PayPal account?
