There is no confirmation code for linking my Bank of Georgia card

Hi, I've been trying to link my Bank of Georgia card to receive funds, so PayPal withdrew 1.5 euros from my account (twice), but there is not a confirmation code in my bank app, only "MERCHANT: PAYPAL> \\". How can i link my card ??
