Please help me transfer my wallet balance to my bank account

I tried to set up a bank account to transfer my wallet balance into my bank account.  I typed in my bank's name, my username, and password for my bank's website.  I was then sent a text message.  I entered the code I was given, but then I got a message saying that I don't have a bank account at the bank I specified.

Someone please tell me how to freaking fix this please?!?!?

What? lol That’s third party verification for ya. 

 

Try manual option. Type some random characters in the bank search bar and hit backspace until you see the option to manually add a bank.
