Negative Balance because of old card wouldn’t delete and still there months later

Check your automatic payment settings for any merchant profiles that could be still using the card, switching it to new card. The  try removing the card on the website instead of app.

I understand your concern about the negative balance in your account. Thanks for the help @sharpiemarker! You cannot remove your card when there's a negative balance in your account. I would suggest you to clear the negative balance in your account first and then try to remove your old card.
