Issue with linking Bank Account, and cannot contact Paypal Support other than by phone.

Hi,

I'm having issue with my account. Paypal asks me to link a bank account. However, I have already linked one, and yet the reminder does not disappear?

Also, I'm trying to contact Paypal other than by phone, but Contact Us keeps sending me to Resolution Center, and I'm not looking to dispute transactions.

Any tips on getting in touch with support please? Thank you
