How to pay a negative balance if I no longer have a bank account

Hi! I need to close my PayPal account in Country A so I can open one where I live now in Country B, but I have a Spotify charge that I can't cover because I closed my bank account in Country A. If I request money from a friend, will I be able to pay what I owe with that? If there is another solution, please let me know.

Welcome to the PayPal Community, I hope your move went well! Normally, any funds you receive into an account with a negative balance would go towards that negative balance first. Otherwise, you can reach out to our Customer Support teams to assist in paying down your negative balance. Here's an article you may find useful: What should I do if my balance is negative?
