Getting error "This card can't be used for this transaction" all the time!

Good day everyone!

I am a new UK business PayPal account holder. I added both my personal and business debit card in my PayPal account.

Whenever I try to make a purchase in any website or try to send money to someone, PayPal always asks me to add a funding source.

Even though I already have 2 debit card available, it still asks me to add a funding source or always I get this error "This card can't be used for this transaction" when I try to make a purchase. Error message image is linked down bellow. I hope someone could be able to help me to get out from this mess.

You have a UK paypal account so can you confirm you are in the UK?

Have you confirmed your card once you added it with the 4 digit code sent to your card statement.

Yes, I have confirmed the card. But it was confirmed without any kind of 4 digit code.
