Hi, I was trying to replace my Mastercard gift card with my Wells Fargo debit card that I have previously used on my old account that I have closed. I forgot to unlink the card from that particular account. I thought that closing the account meant deactivating it, not deleting it - but that account was used mainly for business purposes. PayPal said my card was ineligible, and that the other one that I don't use - my gift card - cannot be removed.
