Can't re-Link my Bank Account

I had different name on my paypal and bank account so the transfer is rejected and my Bank Account link remove automatically, then I try re link again my Bank Account Numbers get error when "linking your bank" with error message on the browser "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later", different "bank account numbers" just works.

Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?

Can't do it after a week and also different devices, I will try to call center or.....make new Bank Account -_-
