Can’t link bank account

I’ve tried to link two different banks. I get a message this account needs a little more help. Then, no help. Just a link to the help forum. Don’t send me the PayPal articles which explain. None of them apply.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running to some issues linking a bank account. Have you checked to your see if there's anything that needs your attention in the Resolution Center? If there's nothing there, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page. They're also available through Twitter direct message or Facebook instant message.
