Can't Resolve negative balance (banned account)

What debit card does paypal accept? I recently add Visa and they told me that the bank does not handle negative balance. Is there any other way to pay paypal with out sending a Check (i dont know how does Check works and i dont live in US)

I understand your concern about the negative balance in your account. For some countries, the option to add money from linked bank/card is not available. If your balance is negative, any amount received to your account will be adjusted to your PayPal balance. Also, when you try to make a payment we will add the due amount to the same transaction to clear the negative balance.
