Bank account for a UAE PayPal Business account question

Hi there. For a UAE PayPal Business account, is it possible to add any country bank account for withdrawals or local bank accounts only? Thanks.

You can only add a local bank account and withdraw in local currency.

So I can't even add a US bank account? I think US banks were mentioned on the Fees page...

Yes that is the exception BUT it has to be a U.S bank opened in the U.S and not a virtual / digital U.S bank such as Wise or Payoneer.
