Anyone have trouble linking a bank account?

I have entered my bank account number numerous times but just can not get it to accept the number

Use your -dash after suffix00 ex. Bank acc 12-3456-7891011-12

1.) 123456 (nospace)

2.) 7891011(-dash) suffix12
