I understand your concern about adding a bank account. Kindly note there are some banks that are not compatible with PayPal, including most online or virtual, prepaid bank accounts. If you're trying to add a traditional bank account, it is possible our security program considers a variety of factors at each activity to keep you safe. Any activity of adding a bank can often be blocked or declined if we detect any unusual or suspicious activity or not safe for your account in the future. In this case, I would recommend you try again at a later time.
