Good day. I have tried twice to top up my account with a PayPal gift card. The first time I received the ID of the transaction and nothing else, but the money did not arrive in my account. The second time I received a message by mail that my top-up was rejected by PayPal. But in both cases my money was spent.
I am trying to contact technical support. But only a bot answers in the chat and I can't talk to a specialist for 5 hours. Can you recommend anything? Thank you.
