trying to send money to friend in UK ( I am in USA ) I can't seem to send it friends & family, contacted paypal, they said it must be a business account, it is not, anyone have this problem before?

If the recipient account is not a Business account, the Friends/Family payment option may have been disabled. If this happens, the account holder will be updated via email.
