pay in another country with app paypal

Hello, I have an Argentine Paypal account with euros deposited, can I use the app and pay in Europe even though my account is from Argentina?

You can buy and sell with a paypal account internationally in most countries of the world where paypal operate.

Make sure the funds are cleared and not pending / that you have a back up card or bank linked to your paypal account / and that you have marked euros as your primary currency for the transaction you are making in your paypal wallet.

Also remember not all European countries have the Euro as their currency.
