Iam working on freelancer.com ,when I request a withdraw my funds in freelancer it's always refused by paypal and freelancer told me that bcuz of auto sweep that I have to enable it before requesting or bcuz a problem in my paypal account ,when I try to enable autosweep ,I don't find this option at all (I have only pc I don't have mobile + I have 0.00 usd in my paypal account+am Algerian) so please if any one have a idea about this tell me how I can fix it
