booth.pm payment declined

I want to purchase something from booth.pm but it was declined. My account is confirmed, and my bank account is working fine and already linked with PayPal. I haven't purchased anything from booth.pm before, but I've tried once to see if I can checkout using PayPal before and it worked, just that I cancelled the payment. I have balance in my PayPal wallet and also in my bank account. I've also waited up to one month to try to pay again, but still was declined. I don't know why my payment was declined. Please help me, thank you.
