beatstars: didnt received money from sale

I sold two beats on beatstars, but I haven't received payment, the money doesn't appear in my wallet on the website or in my PayPal account. This is the second time this has happened, my Paypal account is verified and perfectly linked to Beatstars, I haven't even received a Paypal email about the payments

I am sorry to know that you haven't receive funds yet and I understand how important it is to have funds at the right time. Receiving money with PayPal is easy! All you need is a PayPal account with a confirmed email address. Your email address is the only thing somebody needs to send you money. As soon as the payment has been credited to your PayPal account, we will notify you by email. All your transactions are stored in your account History, so you can keep track of them. Since, you haven't been notified neither there's a record of the payment please contact the sender and ask them for the payment details such as time, date and transaction ID of the payment and contact our PayPal Customer Support Team through the available contact options on our website so that our representative can trace the funds for you. You can reach out to the team by clicking the "Contact us" option at the bottom of PayPal page.
