I'm sorry to hear you are having difficulties while trying to transfer funds to your bank account. There isn't a minimum amount, you should be able to withdraw the money even if it is a small amount. Make sure your account is all set up by checking on your Resolution Center. If you don't have any outstanding limitations, you can try and withdraw funds from a different browser or clear cookies and cache from the history.
