Why won't my card link?

Hello, so I was about to link my card to my account.

However, as I linked my card to my account it says that it's already linked. However, my card has been unlinked from my merchant account for over 12 Hours and I wish to link it to my current personal account. 

Is there a time period I have to wait or do I have to do some steps to fix it?

Allow 72 hours between removing and adding + clear cookies/cache and if no luck try another browser/device OR ask customer services for help to link it?
