Why I have not received my Payment to my Bank?

My customer paid on 19th April 2022. To date, the amount has not been received in my Bank.

Did it show in your paypal balance before being auto withdrawn to your bank account?

The status showed and shows -' Completed'. Then nothing. I have a couple of more transactions after that too. Nothing. Since my 19th April was not credited, I am of the opinion that the new transactions might take more time.

As long as your bank name matches your paypal name and you have confirmed the bank account it should go through ok.

If not allow 14 business days and if no sign contact paypal and your bank for a trace?

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
