Why I can't able to add money to my PayPal account

Why I can't able to add money to my PayPal account and also there is no option as wallet in my PayPal account. Please help me out in this issue, I have to make some payment as soon as possible

You can't add funds to a paypal account in India as any balance is auto withdrawn.
