Hi, I am unable to top up my Paypal balance, I choose not to link my debit card rather to transfer amounts from my bank account to my Paypal account but Paypal keeps returning the transferred amounts (returnupon beneficiary's request - says in the comment section of the transfer) and I don't know what to do. In this case, I would recommend you to please clear cache and cookies and use a different browser or try after some time, please make sure you have confirmed your bank account before adding the money and refer to this information.
