I’m from Ukraine, I received an email with an offer to create a page for collecting donations, I just need help with treatment, I created it, sent a link to friends and acquaintances on Twitter, but people can’t do it donation, they get an error!

Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link.

However the friends/family option is not available in every country.

Are you sure about that? Why then did they send me an email inviting me to create a link to collect donations? Can I ask someone else to send me help by email name?
