Added PayPal as payout option to my Twitch. Twitch keeps rejecting my payouts and to check that my PayPal is active and valid. My e-mail address is confirmed, my credit card is added, validated and set as preffered. All information is correct but Twitch keeps giving me this message: PayPal: Rejected. Please make sure your PayPal account is active and valid.
Please help as this issue goes back since last year. Had PayPal accout since 2015.
