Hi. Why they hold my money when someone sent me money as family and friends? How to release money on hold for 24hrs?

Paypal randomly hold friends/family payments for up to 72 hours to do security reviews to make sure that friends/family option is not being used for buying or selling against paypal rules.

I cannot do about it to release the fund quickly than the time frame ?
