I’m new in PayPal. Someone has sent me money and I got email of the transaction but my balance still 0.00!! Why?

Are you sure its not a scam with a fake paypal email?

Do NOT send anything until funds are in your balance.

Have you confirmed your email address?

Have the funds been sent in a currency you have added to your paypal account wallet?
