Hello.
I want to send money to a friend who lives in indonesia , I live in Bulgaria.
I want to know what taxes would be involved in the process ( the amount i want to send is 3500 bgn) , and what would be the exchange rate involved ( pretty much how much will that 3500 BGN turn into in IDR? )
My friend is making a new PayPal account , never used it before . So i want to know if there will be any potential issues with that being the case .
The money are a gift im sending him for his birthday so he can buy himself a new PC , and are kinda based on the exchange rates we found on google -5% .
