Hello, I was transferred 29sgd from a friend & i tried withdrawing it, they told me to verify the card by entering the 4 digit code, which I did. The card was verified and i was still having issue withdrawing the paypal money to my bank account. It stated "Right now, we’re not able to transfer the funds to your bank." Its so frustrating why PayPal doesn't tell you the issue your having

Does the billing address of your card match your paypal account address?

Is the card issued in your country?

Is it a debit visa card?

You may find it easier to withdraw to a bank account instead?

tried all of that nothing worked out is there anymore solutions? im so frustrated because im in need of the money and paypal on the other hand does not indicate what im having issue with? what kind of banking system is this

I am sorry to hear about the experience that you have had when you tried to withdraw money to your bank account. In most cases, you can find options to try to resolve these issues in your Resolution Center on the account. I hope this helps!
