I'm sorry to hear your payment shows pending. If the refund processed as an eCheck, or an electronic funds transfer, it would show pending until the payment clears. The refund may have also been placed under review. All payments are subject to a review to ensure the security of our customers. If it was placed under review, you'll receive an email with any updates.
