Refund accepted but where is money?

Hello. I bought a game on steam on the 9th of July and I didn't quite like it so I refunded it. When I check my Paypal activity it says that it got refunded and that I got my 15 Euro back but it's nowhere! Its not in my Paypal balance or my bank account or card! please help because I need my money back

I'm sorry to hear you haven't received the refund yet. Keep in mind that refunds always go back to the funding source that was used to make the original payment. If you have paid by card or bank account, please note that it can take up to 10 working days (sometimes a little longer) for the refund to be reflected on your statement, as it depends on the processing times of the bank/card issuer.
