Received payment but not showing on balance

I received a payment which i showing in the summary as it should but my balance is zero. Not sure what the issue is. Please help

Hi, I got a payment and it was completed,, it shows on the transactions page but it still not showing on the balance, any ideas?

I’m having same issue seems a lot are does anyone know what’s going on it’s been two hrs and still not showing my balance but showing received won’t let me issue refund or anything!

It's very strange, because when I try to go to the Resolution Center, it doesn't make a difference. It just tells me to contact the sender?
