Received payment but not showing on balance

I received a payment which i showing in the summary as it should but my balance is zero. Not sure what the issue is. Please help

I transfered money to 1 paypal acc to another paypal acc and the money isnt show up on the other. It has been confirmed on both accs that the transfered was succes. Any ideas?

Hi Sh1ftyVFX, I too have this issue tonight, I transferred from my personal PayPal to my Business PayPal and the balance isn't showing in either account, although it does show as transaction complete.

Would like to hear how this was resolved for you.

A friend sent me money this morning and I got the email confirming it, it shows in recent activity, but my balance is $0 and there is no button to 'accept money' or way to transfer it to my bank since my balance shows $0.

I have the transaction ID.

Everything should be in order but it simply didn't show in balance.

Exact thing happened to me the same day!! It’s saying I received the money in transaction history, got the email confirming it but £0 in my balance
