Received money...but cannot find it to transfer to my bank.

Help!

I received $25 from a friend on 8/2/21. I went into my PP account today to transfer it to my bank account....and my balance shows $0.00.

Where did the $$ go??

It says : 

Paid to PayPal Cash Plus

balance $25.00

Where can I find these funds to transfer to my bank account??

I'm sorry to hear you are having difficulties with your balance. Make sure your friend had completed the payment correctly. If it shows as completed and it doesn't show in your balance, it could mean that you had a negative balance before you received the money. Please check your 'Activity' page.
