I have an issue where paypal is unwillingly and randomly sending me money back to my commerzbank bank account. I have used Paypal on my phone as a digital card for a few months now without any issue. I used it for many transactions successfully. Now i have received refunds on my commerzbank account from paypal without requesting it. I now am over 75 euros in negative in my paypal account that i cant use and i have received the money on my bank account. This is a big issue as i have received letters from my bank saying I need to pay this back. I have tried to transfer money to my paypal account but it does not work.
