Paypal to Gcash CashIn issue

I attempted to Cash-in funds from PayPal to Gcash, but the transaction did not proceed due to a system error. However, the amount was debited from my PayPal account. No Gcash transaction #, Paypal support has been unresponsive as well. Anyone have the same issue? How did it get resolved? This is too frustrating..

I understand your concern about the failed GCash transfer. As the transfer wasn't processed from your PayPal account, any funds debited will be reversed back to your PayPal balance in few days. In the mean time, you can also check with the GCash support team about the debited funds towards the failed transfer.
