Can I receive money on PayPal and use that money to buy something online(e.g Amazon) even without a linked card or bank account? Thank you!

You can't use a paypal account with Amazon, it would have to be a paypal issued card.

Also the funds in your balance would need to be in the correct currency + at some point you would have to verify with a bank account or card.

Thanks for the response. But I also want to know, can I use a small amount to buy something in online shop with my PayPal account without verify with a bank account or card? (Dubai currency)
