I cannot receive payments. It’s from people in Texas, and I am in Texas. They either get the message they are sending the money to a country that doesn’t accept PayPal, or I can’t accept payments right now. I’ve talked to at least 5 PayPal customer service reps with no answer. One suggested I create a personal PayPal I D, so I did and it did not help. Anyone else have this issue?
