Hi, could anyone know why a PayPal account will fail to receive money? I work with humanatic and I am trying to withdraw but they say my PayPal account is denying the transaction. On PayPal itself, I see no record of a transaction even hitting the account. My PayPal is verified unless there’s something I am missing.

The option to receive paypal payments is sadly not available in Uganda.
You can only send payments for purchases funded by your (confirmed) credit card.

Paypal varies a lot country to country and can only offer the services that the banks / governments of that country allow it to offer.
There are quite a few countries unable to receive paypal payments.

Good day.i've been paid from my online job last September 15,2021 but it did not appear in my paypal account.My paypal account is already confirmed and the email i sent to them is correct.There is no even an email to me that they have been paid me but they do paid me.So i immediately contact them and submit aticket.The reply is it is succesfully sent to my email and i should contact the paypal so that paypal can help me transfer my money to my new account.Can anyone help me with this?Thank you and Godbless.
